GLOBAL LIFT EQUIPMENT LAUNCHES ITS NEW PRODUCTS AT ELE ESPAŅA 2007

Global Lift Equipment was an exhibitor at the ELE Espaņa fair in L’ Hospitalet de Llobregat on 23, 24 and 25 May with the biggest and most sophisticated stand at the event, launching significant additions to its gearless traction machine range. GLE has had a presence for three years, selling close to three thousand permanent-magnet gearless machines having achieved high levels of acceptance in the national and international markets. As the company with the highest level of experience in Spain and the only one capable of providing full technical assistance, GLE is also the company that offers the largest load capacity range: from 300kg to 2500kg. Despite this, the company has had no desire to stand still and has added two new models in order to increase its offering yet further, both versions of its popular Diana machine: the Diana II and Diana IV models.

The Diana II is a version designed to increase the load capacity of the original Diana: it has a load capacity ranging from 800kg to 2000kg with a suspension ratio of 1:1 from 800kg to 1000kg and suspension ratio of 2:1 from 1350kg to 2000kg. This machine has a maximum journey distance of 60m.

The Diana IV is a considerably more compact, lighter and smaller version of the original Diana: it weighs half of the original Diana, the Diana IV machine has a load capacity range of 300kg to 630kg with a suspension ratio of 2:1 and a maximum journey distance of 40m. This is a machine that is very easy to install and move, and it enables better use of the available space. It is possibly one of the lightest and smallest gearless machines amongst the many available on the market.

These two new machines also have all of the attributes of the GLE range: they are totally silent in movement, environmentally-friendly (as they do not require oils or lubricants), have an almost unlimited useful life and durability, and they do not require any maintenance: their robust, simple design was designed to ensure this.

GLE is strongly promoting these two new models, and hopes that they will be well received by the market, just like all of their previous gearless machines, having spearheaded the introduction of this kind of machine to Spain’s elevator sector.
